Sharing your HardDisk with others
For sharing through Microsoft network !
To share a folder or a drive Right click on it!
1 )select sharing from the menu
2 )click on "Shared as
3 )leave the " comment" blank.
4 )Under access type select the type of sharing you want to give
ie . read only / full access
5 )Give a password then click on "apply"
6 )Reconfirm Your Password
NOW YOU CAN TELL THE PASSWORD TO WHOMEVER YOU WANT TO SHARE THE FOLDER/ DRIVE WITH
For accessing the folder/ drive one must go to START UP menu.
click on "find"
and then click on "computer"
The name of the computer which is to be found, can be put and searched.
