1. Course Description

The course aims at establishing the foundations required to manage information technology and systems in a business environment. Enhancing decision making with regard to IS deployment and some specific directions for exploitation of IS/IT resources/applications will be of special importance. The course will be based on conceptual treatise as well as practice/presentation sessions, which will help you to get the best out of your IT infrastructure. Focus will be more on understanding of the problems related to technology and systems as faced by the organizations in this competitive era.

5. Academic Integrity

Students involved in academic dishonesty will receive a minimum of ZERO on the particular component in which the infraction occurred. Academic dishonesty consists of misrepresentation by deception or by other fraudulent means. In an academic setting this may take any number of forms such as copying or use of unauthorized aids in tests, talking during examinations; aiding and abetting another student’s dishonesty; giving false information for the purpose of gaining credits; and resorting to free-riding in group projects.
