Course Objective
This course is an introduction to Project Management. The theory will provide the foundation to current Project Management Methods.There will also be a focus onsolving practical problem cases within a management context. This course will enable the students
- To be familiar with essential project management concepts.
- To write a project plan and schedule a project
- To research and present cases of large scale projects
