Infrastructure Development Policy in India. Privatisation of Infrastructure & Infrastructure Development of peer Countries.

B. Infrastructure Sectors

Power, Telecommunication, Transportation (Road, Rail & Ports), SEZ, EPZ, Industrial Cluster as well as Education & Healthcare

C. Infrastructure Risk, Constraints & Challenges

Various Risks associated with Infrastructure Development. Banking & Financial Sector constraints, Private Financing of Infrastructure & incentives for Infrastructure Investment, Approvals, Red tape and capacity of Government for Governance & Administration, Regulation & related Risks & Uncertainties
