Course Description
This course will be an introduction to Project Management.. The theory will provide a introduction to current Project Management Methods . There will also be a focus on solving practical problem cases within a management context.

Student Learning Outcomes

· Become familiar with essential project management concepts
· Be able to write a project plan and schedule a project.
· Research and present cases of large scale projects
