1. Course Description/Introduction: Logistics processes were being performed since a long time though it has found place as a function in corporate organizations in last 3 decades. Like other functions in product or services sector, efficient logistic practices are critical to improve competitive advantage. Logistics involves the integration of inventory, warehousing, transportation, material handling and information. The objective of this course is to understand the logistics processes, challenges & best practices.
