5 Class format

A combination of lectures, case analyses, group discussion, simulation sessions and students presentations would be used. The session outline lists the reading materials. Participants of the programmes are expected to see through the materials prior to class sessions. The materials are intended to provide conceptual inputs.

6. Evaluation Scheme

The following would be weight of system of the specific evaluation modality :

a) Quiz 10 + 10 = 20%
b) Assignment / Group Presentation = 15%
c) Personal learning paper = 25%
d) Class Involvement = 10%
e) End-term Examination = 30%

7. Quiz

There would be two quizzes, each one consisting of objective type of questions.
Dates : Session 4 & 6

8. Assignment

During Session 19, group presentation is scheduled.

9. Personal Learning Paper

A 10 to 15 typed pages individual write-up is required. The topic should pertain to any aspect of individual behavior in organization. A captivating ease analysis or critical analysis of a concept or an interesting observation may be reported. The review of a book relevant to the study of individual behavior is also acceptable.

10. Course Involvement

Credit would be given on the basis of regularity of class attendance, participation and initiative.

11. End-Term Exam

A thematic short questions (each within 200 – 250 words) format of exam carrying 20 marks plus case analysis carrying 10 marks would be given to assess conceptual clarity.

12. Academic integrity

· Students are expected to maintain ambience in the class
· Expected to complete assignments in time.
· Required to involve themselves in group-wise academic activities.
