Course description
The course is aimed at helping the students to understand the importance of the issue of impression management, for themselves and for the organizations that they intend to join. A systematic and a thorough knowledge of the way that impressions are created and maintained is necessary, if the organization is to survive in a competitive world. Corporate etiquette
with its protocol and practices needs to be introduced to the students in order that they may put it into practice.

Students learning outcomes
. Competence in dealing with corporate etiquette practices
. Understanding of the ways that impressions of an organization or of individuals are created and sustained
. Guidelines to effectively managing the impressions of an organization and personnel.

Required text books and materials
There is no standard text book on this topic. Books dealing with corporate etiquette and corporate image will be indicated for the students to access and read.
References to the articles in current journals also will be given.

There will be no mid-term examination.
6.
Academic integrity
Most of the work will be done in groups. Willingness to participate and contribute to the outcome of the group activities is mandatory. Any attempt to shirk work or profit from others’ work will be deal with seriously.
