You must have realized that the ability to generate complex thoughts and communicate them effectively to the audience plays a critical role in our day-to-day life. Communication skill continues to be rated as one of the key personal skills employers need. The ability to speak with confidence while making presentations assumes the capability of the presenters to control their content, their audience and more importantly, themselves. The sessions thus planned aim at training the participants in developing this capability and consequently increasing their employability.

Individual Presentations : 15%
Group Presentations : 15%

Chapter 4 : Pages 70 to 99
Part 3- Chapter 13: Pages 302 to 331
The sessions on Written Communication will be taken by Prof. Mallika Nawal. This requires that the entire book be read to cover both the Oral and the Written components of the Communication course.s

You will also be expected to read all the handouts/articles given in class from time to time.
