1. Course Description: The course Labor Legislation-III covers laws pertaining to labour & employment. Labour laws are broadly classified into six categories namely, laws on working conditions, laws on wages, laws on social security, laws on employment & training, laws on labour welfare funds & laws on industrial relations As the preceding two courses on labour legislation (LL-I and LL-II) have covered many laws spread across these categories, the current course (Labour Legislation-III) intends to cover the remnant laws which have not been covered by either of the two courses mentioned above.
