(Course Outline)
· Basic necessities and rational for using the HRD instrument. · To help participant to understand dynamics of HRD instrument. · To develop skills into assist participant to certain measuring tools. · To help them to interpret psychometric test scores. · To understand and to help then to carryout projects of group comparisons on the basic of instruments. 3. CLASS FORMAT
A combination of lectures, assessment sessions, group discussion, and simulation sessions and students presentations would be used. The session outline lists the reading materials. Participants of the programmes are expected to see through the materials prior to class sessions. The materials are intended to provide conceptual inputs.
