2. Preparation of the Feasibility Report and how to go about the Project.
3. Evaluation of the Business opportunity/Project with emphasis on the financial appraisal.

i. Corporate Entrepreneurship ( Intrapreneurship)

ii. Independent Entrepreneurship iii. Social Entrepreneurship 5. Technical, Marketing and Financial viability of any Proposed Venture.

- Credit Rating of Proposal by Banks and FIs.
- APPRAISAL STUDIES FOR INTRAPRENEURSHIP AND INDEPENDENT ENTREPRENEURSHIP ( Presentation on 1 case in Services Sector and 1 in Manufacturing Sector)
