A basic knowledge of Finance is compulsory for aspiring managers, independent of the functional area of specialization. This course on Financial Management is aimed at providing the same. At the end of the course the students should be having an overall idea about why the companies and financial markets behave the way do and should be better equipped to respond to the fast changing dynamics of the business environment.

9. Cost of Capital ( Chapter 15).
10. Raising Capital, financial leverage and capital structure policy(Chapters 16,17).
11. Dividends and Dividend Policy (Chapter 18).
12. Short Term Finance and Planning (Chapter 19).
