1. Course Description:- Fundamentals of Labour Laws/Legal aspects of HR

2. Student Learning Outcomes (typically 3-5 bullet points)
· Be able to know the application of Labour laws to the manufacturing and service sectors.
· Be able to understand the legal aspect of outsourcing.
· Be able to understand the legality of Employment Bond that HR managers are usually asking from their employees.
· Be able to be expose to a variety of situations those exist in the industrial establishment and to equip them with the necessary tools to deal the situations correctly and effectively.
