Introduction & Objective(s):
Course Description
The course takes a competency building approach to creativity. The course would focus on identifying and facilitating the participants’ creative abilities, and using systematic idea generation & creative problem solving techniques. The course covers creativity at the individual, teams and organization levels. OBJECTIVES:
Ø Enable participants to tap into their own & others’ inherent creativity,
Ø Understand and skillfully use systematic creativity tools & techniques, and
Ø Facilitate team and organizational creativity
METHODOLOGY:
Experiential exercises, role plays, psychometric feedback, games & simulations, case analysis & discussion and individual & group projects
