I. Scope II. Objectives
· To provide an overview of the field of individual dynamics
· To develop one's skills to understand the relationship between individual and organizational effectiveness
· To develop one's skills to appreciate various theoretical generalizations relating to individual behaviour in organization
· To help participants to objectively observe and analyze individual behaviour
· To help participants to deal with problems arising out of individual deficits
