Emerging Trends in HR

Human Resource Management starting with Labour Welfare moved to Personnel Management. Subsequently, gained in it’s significance to be known as HCM. Currently , it’s being critically explored and re-examined for HR value addition to business.
Many global Business and HR thought leaders in the last couple of decades are redefining the HR field and hence, newer HR models, strategies , process , tools and techniques are being added on to bring greater effectiveness of the area.
This practice focused course with active collaboration of the students helps to reexamine the past trends of HRM , studies some of the newer methods, tools & techniques and explores some of the new & emerging paradigms of HR.
Objectives:
The objectives of the course are :
