Course Outline
Introduction:
This course is aimed at gaining a better understanding of organizations and the dynamics of human behavior within them. This includes issues related to various levels of analysis such as individuals, groups and organizations. Modern organizations are increasingly becoming aware that people are important resources for achieving organizational excellence. Thus, this course is likely to be useful for managers working in a wide variety of business sectors.
Objectives:

To acquire skills required for interpreting and learning from personal and collective experiences
