5.1. OB-II is a continuation of OB-I. In OB-I the focus is on Individual behaviour. This assignment helps you to look at individual behaviour scientifically and provides insights of the impact of individual behaviour on group work and team building. In short this assignment links OB-I with OB-II.
Option 1
For this, each of the students will pick up one individual behaviour, study it and makes report of 2500 words. A checklist of individual behaviour is given below. You may like to select any one of them for your assignment. However, it is suggested that you may pick up a positive behaviour for your assignment rather than a negative behaviour. The final allotment of topics will be based on ‘first come first’ basis.
5.2 . The thrust areas of the written work and the format are given below:
5.2.1. Introduction: Explains the relevance of the particular behaviour in day
today life.
Conceptual Framework

Review of Literature:
The Review of Literature should include all major works. It should not be limited to Internet sources.
Empirical Study and Generalization
: Study the concept through any one of the tools that you have just learned in your research methodology. If questionnaire method is used, it has to be a standard questionnaire with at least 30 samples. Case study and interview methods are recommended.
Findings of the study and Generalization
