                                        Assessment of Performance:

                                        1. Quiz 30% · The questions for the quizzes are drawn from the case material, reading material assigned for the theme, text book chapters, instructor’s presentation and the relevant news material given for the themes. The average score of total quizzes (3 to 5 quizzes) would be taken for evaluation. No makeup quiz would be conducted under any circumstances.

                                        2. Group Assignment & Presentation 20% · A group of 3 members would work on a topic assigned by the instructor and make a PPT presentation for 10 to 15 minutes which would be followed by Q&A for 2 to 3 minutes.

                                        · Any member from the group would be called to make the presentation and any member would be asked to clarify the queries.

                                        · Hard copy of the assignment and PPT presentation should be submitted for evaluation on the date specified by the instructor.

                                        · Check AIS Course Resources Page for Information about Groups, Presentation Topics, Schedule and Submission Guidelines.

                                        3. Mid-Term Examination 20%

                                        · The mid-term examination would be a closed-book examination evaluating the concepts learnt in the first 8 themes.

                                        4. End-Term Examination 20%

                                        · The end-term examination would be a closed-book examination evaluating the concepts learnt in the post mid-term themes.

                                        5. Course Involvement 10%

                                        · Course involvement would be measured by class preparation, attendance and timely submission of assignments. For every class you miss, you lose 2 marks from the total score whatever be the reason.
