1. Scope

2. Course Objectives
· To acquire a demonstrable understanding of group dynamics and its impact on the individual, community and organization
· To develop observational and diagnostic skills to study and analyse group behaviour in communities and organisations
· To develop knowledge and skills in team building, leadership, group decision making, managing conflicts and inter-group/cultural collaboration/integration.
