Payment of Extra Course(s) Fee-X08

The total number of courses taken by each student is given in the file attached below. It is noticed that participant(s) who have completed all the nine terms also, are not meeting the minimum Programme requirement of 120 credits. Students are advised to carefully check the number of the courses taken by them. For any discrepancy, please contact the Dean's Office immediately.
Students who have taken courses exceeding 120 credits with no disqualifying combination of grades, or incomplete grades as specified in the Manual of Policies, are required to pay extra fee @ Rs.1000/- per 3.0-credits in the Accounts Office by
Tuesday, 25th January, 2011.
A late payment fee of Rs.10/- per day will be charged thereafter

Participants are also advised to ensure that no “Incomplete” grades are received for any course(s) for non-submission of assignments, projects or for any other reason. The Dean’s Office will not be able to follow-up further with the participants or the faculty in this regard. A statement of “Incomplete” grades already received for courses mentioned against their names is also attached below. The Dean’s Office must receive complete grades for all courses taken by each participant in good time, in any case by 26th February 2011, failing which the participant concerned will not be eligible to convocate in March 2011.
