Leadership Talk
We are happy to inform and invite you for a unique leadership panel by two contemporary thinkers - Ms Rajni Bakshi and Ms Rohini Nilekani at XIMB today (6th October) at the auditorium from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Rajni Bakshi's latest book Bazaars, Conversations and Freedom: For A Market Culture Beyond Greed and Fear has just been released by Penguin India. The book explores alternatives to market systems and how many groups across the world have been forging solutions for a mindful market culture. She explores how one could compete compassionately and how the market can serve society rather than being its master. For details see (http://bazaarsconversationsfreedom.com/bazaars/).
Ms Rohini Nilekani, Chairperson, Arghyam ( http://www.arghyam.org ) and Pratham Books ( http://www.prathambooks.org )will lead the discussion by sharing ideas on new philanthropists and why India today needs to explore this Uncommon Ground of ideas. She will be drawing upon her writings on ideas of inclusive growth that is ecologically sound, the Phoenix economy and the work of Arghyam as well as the rich set of conversations with sixteen leaders in the unique eight-part series that NDTV broadcast last year.
