XIMB computing facilities are available for institutional purposes only, for use by currently-enrolled students and active faculty and staff. Exceptions to this policy may be granted by the Director, Dean or the CRC coordinator for:
1) persons engaged in joint research projects approved by the Institute;
2) students enrolled at other accredited institutions of higher learning outside our area who are seeking to complete their instructional program (as an academic courtesy); and
3) any other person seeking use of computing facilities whose purpose would be consistent with our institutional purpose.
