1.As discussed in the class today, the end term presentations will be slated for Dec 5th to 6th; I have discussed the Dean's office to schedule the end term accordingly

2. You can contact me at dnrao@ximb.ac.in or dechiraju@mailcity.com while I am away

3. Dr. NP Gantayat will explain the methods for FGD and using content analysis for FGDs using a case on Tuesday at 2-330 pm; The class will be combined for both sections

4. I do not exactly recall the discussion regarding Factor theory in the class; A comparison of my class notes has left a doubt in my mind regarding the notations I have used for the theory; Factor Theory states that "correlations between a group of variables or phenomenon is due to underlying common factors"

The correlation matrix R(i,j) can be obtained by multiplication of Factor Matrix F(i,j) and its Transpose Ft matrix.

The computer each time calculates the R'(i,j) using the Factor matrix and compares it with R(i,j). Once convergence is obtained to the desied degree the iterations are stopped.

In case there was any mistake in the class, I stand corrected.
