About Human-Computer Interface

This broad area primarily concerns itself with the design, implementation and evaluation issues of information systems usage and how the resultant systems usage pattern emerges from the interaction of the system with its users. As a research area, it captures technology features, social context and the emergent technology usage patterns embedded in the social contexts of use. Therefore, in this research orientation one would get engaged in studying how people and technology integrates with work requirements in the overall background of the social and organizational system.
