About Market Research

Market research focuses on research activities relating to different constituents of the market, such as consumers, producers, distributors, and marketing managers, and their behaviour with respect to changes in the economic and market-related variables. Thus, there could be a variety of research topics in this area, for example, determinants of demand and supply, buying behaviour of consumers, market share determinants, and so forth.
