It is primarily meant for doctoral students in these fields, although others inclined towards research are welcome to use it. The publication aspires to be a popular venue for ongoing conversations about the goals and methods of research in management. It also hopes to promote innovative forms of research in management and related fields. On the whole, Research World seeks to emerge as an important source of learning material to be used in doctoral-level education in management anywhere in the world. Please follow the APA style for formatting your text. Although the submissions are not formally peer-reviewed, they go through a process of editorial review, technical editing, and copyediting. Sections Articles on Doctoral Education Articles focusing on any aspect of management-related research are published in this section. Articles are selected for their potential for research education. Since the publication is targeted primarily towards doctoral students, articles focusing on the learning needs of doctoral students will be given priority. Review of Research Critical reviews of management-related research are published in this section. Reviews of journal articles, research-based books, research reports, unfinished research projects, and research proposals, etc., can be included in this section. Seminar Reports Reflective reports on doctoral research seminars are published in this section. The research training seminars held at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB), India, provide a steady source of material for this section. Reports on similar seminars elsewhere can also be considered for publication. Links & Resources This section will carry information on useful resources (e.g., articles, blogs, books, databases, Web sites, etc.) relevant for doctoral students, supervisors, and their institutions.
