Use of Institute-owned computing and data communications equipment at off-campus locations must be approved by the appropriate administrator and the CRC Coordinator. A Equipment Loan Form must be completed to record equipment description,Xavier Institute of Management inventory numbers, serial numbers, approval signatures and dates, and return-to-campus information. The form is maintained in the Computer Center to comply with auditing and inventory requirements. When equipment is returned, the CRC staff verify that the equipment is in working order and record the return date on the form.
