Research Training Seminar (RTS)

These seminars focus on research thinking and research practice, including topics such as goals and methods of research, logic and philosophy of research, language of research, contexts of research, research skills, new research topics, etc. We invite researchers, research students, and research-inclined professionals in every discipline to participate in these seminars. If you wish to lead a seminar under this series, please choose a topic that focuses more on the process of research (e.g., the context of research, the challenges before the researcher, available choices, etc.). Please send a brief reading material to be circulated beforehand. Also, please send us a one-page résumé of yours. We hold these seminars throughout year, on Friday afternoons. We reimburse domestic travel fare (Rail/Air) and provide local hospitality. There is also an honorarium of Rs 2,500 per seminar.
